Shipping and returns
Shipping & Returns Policy
Clear shipping and return rules for Parts4Marine orders.
Shipping
- Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates depend on item size, weight, warehouse availability, destination, and carrier service.
- Orders may ship from more than one warehouse or supplier location.
- Oversize, hazmat, heavy, or freight items may require additional handling, a delivery appointment, or confirmation before shipment.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific guaranteed carrier service is purchased and accepted by the carrier.
Order review
If supplier data changes, an item is backordered, a shipping estimate is clearly wrong, or a fitment detail needs confirmation, we may contact you before fulfillment.
Return window
Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Do not send products back until the return is approved and return instructions are provided.
Eligible returns
- The item must be new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and in resalable condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, hardware, labels, and accessories must be included.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a verified store, supplier, carrier, or fulfillment error.
- Supplier restocking fees may apply to approved returns, especially for special-order or warehouse-return items.
Items that may be restricted
- Installed, used, modified, damaged, or incomplete products.
- Electrical items after opening or installation.
- Fluids, chemicals, hazardous goods, and other regulated items.
- Special-order, custom, clearance, discontinued, freight-only, or non-stock items.
- Items returned without approval or outside the return instructions.
Damage, shortages, or wrong item
Report damage, shortages, or wrong-item issues within 5 days of delivery. Keep the packaging and send clear photos of the shipping box, label, damage, and product so a carrier or supplier claim can be reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping, return shipping, payment processing costs, and supplier fees may be deducted unless the issue was a verified fulfillment error.
